How does mail reach each provider?
The domain MX points to our platform. Route reads the destination mailbox and delivers the message to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, your server, or another destination you defined.
Can I mix Google, Microsoft 365, and my server on the same domain?
Yes. That is the main use: some accounts on one provider, others on another, under the same domain, with per-mailbox rules.
Do users change how they open mail?
No. Each person still signs into their usual provider (Outlook, Gmail, server webmail). Route only decides where inbound mail is delivered.
Does it also help if I am migrating?
Yes. You can move groups of mailboxes in stages while the domain keeps receiving mail. For mailbox history, XeedAtlas is the companion.
